New Frac S.R.L. has recently expanded its range of products by developing a new type of power supply called “FLASHING”.
This type of gas burner has been designed to obtain the coloring and shading of the “fronts”. In contrast to normal cooking, which turns out to be flatter and with a single tolanlità, the Flashing gives the final product greater depth which will take on the most varied colors depending on the different demands of the market.
The Flashing is able to work like a normal fe-Eder so simply install it in the last zone of fire; in this way during cooking it will work like all other power supplies and only during the specific phase will absorb the complete functions so-called “flashing”.
