COMBUSTION

Gas burners

FRAC gas burners operate with an optimum mix of gas and air to achieve perfect combustion and consequently even firing of the material in every part of the load.

Air is supplied by a fan that is not centralised, but applied to the individual units for optimum automatic regulation.

Each unit can feed between 3 and 20 firing points divided in two firing rows.

If requested, FRAC systems can be supplied with a safety ramp that can cut off the gas supply in the following cases:

  • electric power supply failure
  • insufficient vacuum in the kiln
  • excessive gas pressure
  • insufficient gas pressure

All FRAC systems can be operated with methane or liquefied gas.
